Build chatbots, voice agents and automations that do real work for clients.

About the role

You will design and ship AI features that genuinely save clients time: WhatsApp ordering flows, support chatbots, document automation and internal agents. You care about accuracy and guardrails as much as capability.

What you'll do

Build chatbots, voice agents and workflow automations for clients.
Design retrieval and prompting setups grounded in real client data.
Integrate WhatsApp, CRMs and business tools via their APIs.
Add evaluation, guardrails and monitoring so things stay reliable.
Measure and report the time and cost each automation saves.

What we're looking for

1-3 years building software, with hands-on LLM or automation work.
Strong Python or JavaScript / TypeScript.
Understanding of APIs, webhooks and data handling.
A practical, results-first mindset.

Nice to have

+ Experience with RAG, vector databases or agent frameworks.
+ Built a WhatsApp or chatbot integration before.
+ Comfort with prompt evaluation and testing.
