This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to Dreamspire Labs may be refunded. We aim to be fair and transparent at every stage.
An advance secures your slot in our schedule and covers initial discovery and planning. It is non-refundable once work has begun, since that time and effort cannot be recovered.
Payments for milestones that have been delivered and approved are non-refundable. If work on the next milestone has not started, that portion may be refundable, less any work already performed.
Retainers are billed in advance for the upcoming period and are non-refundable for the current period. You may cancel future periods with 30 days' written notice.
If you believe a refund is due, email hello@dreamspirelabs.com within 14 days of the relevant payment, explaining the situation. We review every request in good faith and respond promptly.
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by missing client input, a change of mind after work has been approved, or scope that has been agreed and completed.
