We provide design, development, automation and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any agreed advance is received.
Timely delivery depends on you providing content, access, feedback and approvals when needed. Delays in these may shift timelines accordingly.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you own the final deliverables once payment is complete in full. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio. The content, design and branding of this website remain our property.
Fees, schedules and milestones are set out in each agreement. Invoices are payable within the stated terms. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.
